You can annotate in a Zoom meeting and when sharing or viewing a whiteboard. This feature is currently turned off for all users. 

To enable annotation:

1. Go to https://albany.zoom.us
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down to the Annotate feature and toggle to enable it
