If you are experiencing a problem with a Java dependent application such as Blackboard, we recommend clearing your Java cache to ensure that you are getting the correct information from your Java application.
In order to clear your Java cache, please refer to the following steps:
- Access your control panel. To do this, click on Start > Control Panel, or Start > Settings > Control Panel.
- Double click on the Java icon.
- Click on Settings
- Click Delete Files
- Ensure that both boxes are checked, and click Ok
