To better support your online teaching, ITS recently updated the University's Zoom resource pages. (https://wiki.albany.edu/display/public/askit/How+to+Use+Zoom+Video+in+Blackboard) and (https://wiki.albany.edu/display/public/askit/Import+Zoom+Meetings+in+Blackboard).
According to ITS, Firefox browser is the recommended browser to use for Blackboard and Zoom.
When encountering issues teaching with Blackboard, please email askit@albany.edu directly and they shall respond quickly.
