If you have a shared or additional email account in your list of accounts and folders in Outlook, you may remove it by the steps below.


  1. Click File in the top left corner of Outlook.
  2. Click Info, Account Settings, Account Settings.
  3. Click Change.
  4. Click More Settings.
  5. Click Advanced Tab.
  6. Highlight the mailbox that you want to remove and click Remove.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish and Close.
