Today, computers across the University run many different versions of Microsoft Office, leading to inconsistent experiences and incompatibilities.  Microsoft has released the modern version of Microsoft Office called Microsoft 365.  Microsoft 365 facilitates working collaboratively from anywhere, at any time.

By Fall 2021, ITS will be upgrading the version of Microsoft Office that UAlbany uses to Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. This will ensure a consistent, modern experience across the University.
