If your newly-created Microsoft 365 Group's Document library was not created properly, and you see "We're setting up your group files..." in a loop when trying to access it, try the following steps:
- Visit the following URL, replacing "groupname" with your actual group's name - https://livealbany.sharepoint.com/sites/groupname/_layouts/15/groupsdocuments.aspx
- Visit your own OneDrive for Business library (https://livealbany-my.sharepoint.com/) and click on the link for the group.
After performing these steps, it may take 5 or 10 minutes, but your group's Document library should be created properly. If not, please submit an ITS Service Desk Request.
