To obtain help with University-owned computing equipment (computer, printer, mobile device)

Contact your Technology Coordinator  for assistance with resolving computing equipment issues, installation of software or consultation about the purchase of new computing equipment. 

If your division has a service level agreement with ITS Desktop Services Group, please submit a Service Desk request and it will be directed to your division's ITS desktop support professional.
