The login to E-Pay (http://epay.albany.edu) is with a student's NetID and password. If you are unable to log in to the E-Pay site, confirm you are using the correct NetID and password by logging in to MyUAlbany. If you can access MyUAlbany, but not E-Pay, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a student logs in incorrectly multiple times, the account will lock for a while (around 15 minutes), then they may try again.
To reset the 2-step login settings for Epay, students should contact Financial Aid, as the staff there can verify the user's identity and reset it.
Parents/Guardians also have the ability to access E-Pay as an "Authorized User." This access is set up by the student from inside their E-Pay account. The student inputs a personal e-mail address for the user, and the level of access the user will be allowed to have. An e-mail is then sent to the authorized user with a temporary password. Once logged in (username is the user's e-mail address), the user can change their password, view bills, or make payments according to their permission level.
If an Authorized User forgets his/her password, there is a link on the login page that will send a temporary password to the user's e-mail address.
